1. Child castles have an age limit of 12 years old. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that no person over this age uses a child castle. People over 12 years old may use adult castles only.
2. Food, drinks, and chewing gum are not allowed on or near the inflatable. This avoids choking and mess. A cleaning charge will be incurred if a castle is collected in a dirty condition.
3. Shoes, glasses, jewellery and badges must be removed before using the inflatable.
4. Face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string must not be used on or near the inflatable.
5. There must be no smoking or barbeques near the inflatable.
6. Users must not climb, hang, or sit on castle walls. Doing so could result in serious injury, and must not be permitted.
7. All inflatables must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
8. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that castles do not become overcrowded. Adults and children should not use adult castles at the same time, to avoid injury.
9. Customers must ensure that users of the castle are not pushing, colliding, fighting, or behaving in any manner likely to cause injury or distress.
10. Pets, toys, and sharp instruments are not allowed on or near the inflatable.
11. If the inflatable is not in use, the blower should be switched off at the mains power supply.
12. Users must not bounce on the front safety step, as they could easily fall off the inflatable and become injured. The step is there to assist users in getting on and off the inflatable.
13. Users with a history of back or neck problems should not be allowed on the inflatable, nor should any user who is feeling unwell.
14. During inflation and deflation, the inflatable must be free of occupants. Failure to follow this advice may result in injury.
15. Users must not attempt somersaults, as this can result in serious injury.
16. Users must be appropriately clothed, and nothing should be able to fall out of their pockets.
17. An area of six feet (two metres) around the unit must be completely clear.
18. The inflatable should not be used if it is wet on the jumping area, as this is dangerous. In heavy rain, it is recommended that the unit is switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal), can be dried with a towel.
19. In the event of the blower ceasing operation, all users must immediately depart the inflatable. The blower may be reset by pressing the button on the RCD device at the power point. If this does not work, customers should check the fuses as well as make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not become undone or blocked. In the event of the blower overheating or losing power, it should be switched off at the mains and tried again in 1 or 2 minutes later. If none of the above suggestions work, customers must immediately contact Go Bouncy.
20. If customers wish to extend their rental time, this can be done by calling Go Bouncy at least one hour before the end of the originally-booked time. Extensions will be charged at £10 per hour, subject to availability.
21. All users of inflatables do so at their own risk. Customers are solely responsible and liable for any damage or injury as a result of misuse or reckless use. Go Bouncy cannot accept any responsibility for any injury occurred.
