How far in advance should I book?
As far as possible! While we should be able to help you at very short notice, in order to get the specific castle you want, you should book as early as you can. This particularly applies to weekends and holidays, when we can be very busy!
How can we be sure these castles are safe?
We're certified by PIPA and BIHA, two of the leading inflatable structure organisations. They make sure we behave in a safe, sensible way with adequate precautions and safe inflatables. In addition, we carry out full security assessment at each site and will not erect a castle in an unsafe environment. We also provide a full health and safety guide to our customers.
What castles do you have available?
Most of our available castles can be seen on this website. However, our stock is constantly updating, so we would always advise ringing in advance to find out if we've got anything new!
Where will you deliver to?
As a guideline, we deliver to areas in the North West and Manchester, which covers Bacup, Bury, Chadderton, Rochdale, Middleton, Milnrow, Oldham, Rossendale, Royton, Wardle, Todmorden, Rawtenstall, Aston-U-Lyne and Whitworth. We recommend ringing us to see if your area is covered. While we’re expanding in scope, we’re still a local company with a focus on serving local people!
What do I need to be able to order a castle?
You will need an appropriately-sized, level, clean area in which to place the castle. If outdoors, this should ideally be on grass. There will also have to be an electrical outlet within accessible range so that the castle's fans can be kept running. The cost of running the fans is perhaps surprisingly small – around £1 per day. We provide dimensions of all our castles, so you can see exactly how much free space you require.
What if it rains?
While it wouldn't be safe to operate a castle in extreme weather conditions, a little rain will not damage the castle. They will be safe to bounce on once they are dry, which can be easily done by hand with a towel.
I live outside of your delivery area. Can I not just collect it?
Our safety regulations require all castles to be properly inflated by trained professionals, and only after our thorough safety audit has taken place. Therefore we do not allow our castles to be inflated by anyone other than members of the Go Bouncy team.
